The Molieres Farm

At la Grave - La Meije, Céline and Martin are producing goat cheese of quality and 100% local ! They created a welcoming environment and their farm is a place where it feels nice to take a break and enjoy some farm cheese tasting.

 

Céline and Martin Gaillard have been based in the village centre of La Grave since 2015. Their flock is a mix of different breed and a very colorful one, making a great diversity of goat cheese.

Their products:
- Goat cheese
- Ash coated goat cheese
- Flavoured goat cheese.
- Some cottage cheese
- & some tommes

Where you can find their products:

- Directly at the farm, in their small shop next to their farm in La Grave. You can also preorder the day before by phone and come to pick it up the day after.
- Or at the market in La Grave every Thurday morning and in Briançon every Sunday.

Visits of the farm:

It is totally possible to visit the farm in the end of the afternoon, you would just need to call the day before to make sure they will be here to welcome you. During summer, you can come and watch (and maybe) milk the goats at 5:30pm, it's free and everybody is welcome!
