TRAINING COURSE OF PREPARATION AND RECONNAISSANCE OF THE ULTRA RAID OF LA MEIJE : 5 DAYS
This course allows you 5 days to prepare and acclimatize yourself to altitudes efforts, we will see more of the technical aspects of mountain biking.
Participate or just explore the mountain and its majestic tracks …
Programm of the 5 days :
Day 1 : Meeting point 10am, discovery of La Grave, Villar d'Arene and its hamlets.
Day 2 : Departure for the part of the route on Emparis plateau50 km / 2200 m positive difference in height
Day 3 : work on the downhill technic, (in Les 2 Alpes ski resort) 40 km / 8000m negative difference in height !
Day 4 : Departure for the part of the route in Les Cerces. 50km / 1800 m positive difference in height.
Day 5 : Technical mountain hike on one of the most beautiful roads in the Hautes-Alpes, working techniques workability. 40 km / 800m positive difference in height.
Group of 5 people minimum
This 5-day course helps you prepare and acclimatize to the altitude efforts. We will see more technical aspects of mountain biking.
