Trail running - The Meije trophy
The 26km trail run offers a great number of mountainous landscapes.
Starting with a single track in a larch forest, then cross high altitude pastures moulded as terrasses for agricultural purpuse in the past and to finally arrive at a lake. The second part of the run is caracterised by a grandiose panorama on Meije and a run down on a crest overlooking the county. After enjoying the view, the crest will lead you to a secluded valley with a lightly marked path before reaching Les Rivets and run down on a track made with slate to come back to the starting point at La Grave. This run is wild and varied, something that will be hard to forget for a while and a great way to feel what it feels like to live all year round here.

Trail Running - The Aiguillon's loop
This run gives you the chance to visit the Romanche upper valley through dreamy landscapes, with la Meije as a focal point. It is a lovely loop to visit the classic places around the Meije county.
Association - Dénivelé positif
The aim of the 'Dénivelé Positif' association is to organize sporting events and meetings in Villar d'Arène and La Grave.

This trail is a marathon that will lead you through secluded areas in the Meije County.
Trail de la Meije
Come and visit La Grave and Villar d'Arène while running. In the upper Romanche valley, you will have the chance to reach for the sky and have the chance to see breathtaking landscapes.
Trail running - Les Fréaux Vertical kilometer
Come and enjoy the breathtaking Fréaux vertical kilometre, through steep and sinuous single trails that will lead you up to Chancel Mountain Hut. Very little distance for a maximum of elevation gain, great overviews garantee!
