We offer you over the three days to discover in the company of a Mountain Guide, the joy and great feeling of freeriding. Introduction to ski or snowboard touring in search of the best runs of our valley of La Meije !!

 

The crew of the Mountain Guide Bureau of La Grave offers its knowledge and passion for the mountain. We love skiing off piste in this area and some of us have been around even since the inception of the cable car in 1977.

Program :
J1 - Possibility of accommodation in a mountain hut or hotel on request

J1 -RDV at 8:30 at the office of the Mountain Guides in La Grave, equipment check, program presentation. The day unfolds freeriding in the Valleys of La Meije and including a small hike on the glacier of La Girose

J2 - Morning appointment at the Mountain Guide Office for pure day of ski; snowboarding touring, favoring a loop itinerary for exemple from the Lautaret pass with downhill ski to Villar d'Arene. Back to La Grave village in the afternoon

J3 - RDV at 8:30 in the Mountain Guide Office for a rise in cable car to reach the ski lift to of the summit Dome de la Lauze 3600 m. Downhill ski into the Vallon de la Selle and then we'll reach Col du Replat with our climbing skins. From the top, superb freeride to the well known village of La Bérarde.

The program is always subject to change depending on weather, snow conditions and the level of the participants. The Mountain Guide makes the final decision to modify the program due to safety reasons.
