Introduction to telemark skiing with the ESF
Heels free for a mind free ! A real art for the lovers of perfect techniques and movements.
Telemark is one of the oldest skiing techniques of the different winter sports. Telemark skiers are often characterised as 'dancing skiers' with only the front of their shoes fastened the heels are free and the knees are bent.
This sport is getting everyday more succesful and if you see a skier with a majestic appearance skiing down the slopes it can only be a telemark skier !

Overtures :
From 17/12 to 12/02, daily between 9 am and 5 pm.
Subject to favorable snow and weather conditions.
ESF La Grave-La Meije
The French Ski School provides individual and group courses for children and adults. They are graduates from the French academy Ski instructors and they will teach you the basics to become an accomplished skier :)
The French ski school from La Grave is ideally located, full South and facing La Meije mountain and its glacier. It offers you the opportunity to progress in skiing, snowboarding, telemark, etc. ... in a huge and amazing setting. Whether you are children or adults, in group or individual, discover through our courses, the pleasure of skiing in Le Chazelet Village ski resort.
The ESF offers for the Christmas holidays, coaching for the day on the ski area of Le Chazelet:
From 10h to 12h: group lessons
From 12h to 12h30: lunch
From 12:30 to 1:45 p.m.: private lessons
13h45 to 14h: pause
From 14h to 16h: group lessons
